Optimalizace řízení vybraného úseku teplárny

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with an optimization of management focusing on certain section of thermal power station, particularly with compressed air and heat energy generation depending on outside temperature. It is also concerned with a proposal to acquire operating aid for combined production of heat and compressed air which creates an analogy to already established and supported CHP (combined heat and power) generation. Operating aid for CHP is established by legislation of the Czech Republic and the European Union. The thesis was written in cooperation with Veolia Průmyslové služby ČR, a.s. The theoretical part serves to explain the function of thermal power station, turbocharger, compressor and so forth. The practical part introduces the company for which a current state analysis of the adequate section of the production was carried out. Then the analysis is presented, current opportunities are specified and a proposal for the use of optimization of production process management is made. Last but not least, an assessment concerned with acquiring operating aid for combined generation of compressed air is elaborated.
