Racionalizace obráběcích operací ve strojírenské výrobě

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the issue of workpiece clamping on CNC vertical machining centers. The introductory part defines the basic concepts and theoretical background related to the topic. This is followed by an analysis of the current state from the perspective of workplace layout, the manufacturing technologies used (machine tools), and the currently applied clamping devices. An important part of the thesis is the processing and evaluation of data from records of engineering production orders from previous years. Based on this analysis, the clamping times of individual workpieces and parts are identified and evaluated for the monitored period. The obtained findings serve as a basis for proposing measures aimed at increasing the efficiency of the clamping process and reducing auxiliary times in machining.
