Experimentální stanovení radiální tuhosti aorty

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the experimental determination of the radial stiffness of the aorta, which was determined by uniaxial pressure test performed on porcine thoracic aorta samples. The research discusses topics dealing with the influence of sample freezing on the results of the experiment, the change in the properties of hydrated and dehydrated tissue and, last but not least, a description of the final deformation. In the practical part this work describes the procedures of sample preparation, assembly of the experimental device and the process of the measurement itself, which is supplemented by the author's photographs taken on the day of the experiment. Then, this work deals with finding the parameter of initial stiffness by Neo-hook constitutive model from experimental data using hyperfit fitting software.
