Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the problematics of establishing an ATO aviation school. The thesis describes the substance and meaning of aviation schools both in the past and in the present and discusses the issue of the establishments of aviation schools gradually from the very beginning to the very opening. This work can also serve as a guide for a clear orientation in the problematics of establishing an ATO. The practical part is devoted to the establishment of an aviation school from the project management point of view. Because the operations necessary for the foundation of the aviation school follow up factually and timewise, the Critical Path Method (CPM) is used to calculate the period required to create this school.
