Superfinišování pístů ve společnosti VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a.s.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou superfinišování pístů. Daná problematika je řešena ve společnosti Vítkovice Heavy Machinery a.s. V úvodu práce je nastíněna problematika dokončovacích metod obrábění. V další kapitole se setkáváme s vysvětlením podstaty superfinišování. Jsou zde popsány a znázorněny potřebné nástroje. Na základě dostupných zdrojů jsou popsány superfinišovací kameny, řezné podmínky, procesní kapaliny. Součástí práce je i vlastní porovnávání hrubovacích a dokončovacích kamenů. Práce obsahuje přílohy, jako jsou vlastní fotografie superfinišovacích kamenů a schémata superfinišovacích pohybů.

This Bachelor Thesis looks into the problems of piston superfinishing. The given issue is solved in the company Vítkovice Heavy Machinery a.s. The Thesis first outlines the problems of finishing methods of machining. The next chapter explains the fundamentals of super finishing and describes and illustrates the necessary tools. Based on available sources, the Thesis deals with superfinishing stones, cutting conditions and process fluids. The Thesis also covers an actual comparison of rough and finishing stones. This paper contains appendices, such as actual photographs of superfinishing stones and schematics superfinishing movements.
