Porovnání mechanických vlastnostní nekomerčních filamentů

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of mechanical properties of non-commercial filaments. In the introductory chapter the problems of 3D printing are described. The compared filaments were extruded by two types of production. The first type of filament was extruded from PET bottles on a specialized machine. The second method, the filaments were extruded on a line using a granule loading of ABS, PC, Desmopan and Bayblend material. The aim of this work is to determine whether noncommercial materials have better mechanical properties or at least approach the over-the-counter materials from specialist retailers. All filaments produced were tested on a tearing device. Using the measured values from the tear test, the properties of each filament were compared and evaluated.
