Změna layoutu a optimalizace procesu montáže textilních ložisek

Abstract

Master thesis deals wiith the change of the layout and optimization of the assembly process of textile bearings in company KINEX a.s. Bytča. The content of the work was the optimization of material flows and the follow saving of space, based on a new fitting placement. Company selected representatives for low speed and high speed textile bearings on which was the analysis processed, on which the analyzes were processed. After setting objectives, was processed analysis of material flow and by the triangle method and Sankey diagram were designed two variants. The wish of company was designed a variant with conveyor belt.
