Analýza řezných nástrojů pro vysokorychlostní soustružení

Abstract

The bachelor thesis solves problems of analysis of performance, economy, accessibility and use of cutting materials for high speed machining. Two highly efficient tools for hard machining of different cost are compared. Generally less costly and widely used ceramic is compared to CBN, which is more expensive by approx. 100%. Analysis and comparison of performance of cutting tools give interesting results, which could show more efficient utilization of state-of.-the-art cutting materials and technology. Procedure and analysis are applied in the Company Koyo Bearings s.r.o. in Olomouc – manufacturer of needle and roller bearings.
