Abstract

The thesis is a comprehensive method used by the authors Balanced Scorecard Kaplan and Norton, which provides insight into the four business perspectives (financial, customer, internal business processes and learning and growth), which gives Managent broader interpretation of how a company in the individual perspectives leads. The whole method is based on a single strategy envisages the development of society. This strategy is reflected in all the strategic goals based on the situation in different perspectives. The aim of this work is based on strategic actions that are based on the Balanced Scorecard method, propose a business strategy that will lead to its development. The theoretical part is based on the description of the definitions of vision, goals and mission of the company, but also different types of strategies and focuses on the characteristics of the Balanced Scorecard method. Description of the method consists of clarification and transfer of vision and strategy, communication and linking strategic objectives and criteria, planning and setting goals, aligning strategic initiatives and improving strategic feedback learning process. It further describes the individual perspective. Mentioned are the barriers and limitations of the method of Balanced Scorecard. For the implementation of the Balanced Scorecard is used to clarify strategy, deriving strategic goals, build a relationship of cause and effect, selection criteria, establishing targets and ultimately reconciliation strategic actions. Before the application of the BSC method is characterized by the company and its activities. Application of the selected method is then divided into different perspectives and, ultimately, the company recommended the most suitable type of strategy.
