Abstract

This thesis deals with the survey of logistical ability to export goods to new markets in the company Mega-Impex Ltd. The introduction includes a description of how to realize logistical processes. Next is analyzed documentation required for international trade. Following this are in detail discussed clauses Incoterms ® 2010. Also it is suggested correct transport of goods sold and determined the destination of delivery. After that is detailed analysis of the impact of Incoterms ® 2010 on financial costs. The result is a solution that would help the company to achive a low cost expansion into the new markets.
