Abstract

This thesis deals with the design of the hydraulic system for a tilting table. It includes a functional diagram of the hydraulic circuit and the design of the hydraulic power unit. This table is used to drain liquid from pressure cylinders during their manufacture. The introductory section describes technical gases, their classification, production, and storage, followed by a discussion of pressure cylinder manufacturing worldwide. The subsequent section includes an analysis and kinematic analysis of forces, calculation of the necessary parameters, design of the hydraulic diagram, design of the hydraulic power unit, and specifications of the selected components. The thesis also includes an operating and maintenance manual for the equipment.
