Abstract

The Bachelor thesis deals with the structural proposal of the tilting circular saw. There is the overview of the power saws at the market in the first part of the thesis. The thesis also deals with the basic proposal and with the control calculations of the drive and very strained parts of the machine. The calculations are focused on the proposal of the belt transmission, the shaft load, the shape of the rolling, the curve and safety of the shaft. There is the analysis of the strength of the working table of saw, solved with software Ansys 14.0. in the enclosure B. The assembly drawing of the tilting circular saw and the production drawing of the weldment of working table are added to the Bachelor thesis.
