Abstract

VŠB – Technical University of Ostrava, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, Department of Machine Parts and Mechanisms. Tutor: doc. Ing. Zdeněk Folta, Ph.D. This theses deals with solutions of issues of SUSPA dampers used for vibration damping of washing units used by the firm Primus CE, ltd., which came under the Alliance Laundry CE, ltd. At the beginning of my work I am dealing with the searches of dampers themselves and with an external device for examining the durability tests of dampers. Another part is focused on the measurement and evaluation of the analysis of thermal ratios and a general movement of a washing unit. Based on there sults of measurements will suggest some variants of the trials of lifetesting of shock absorbers. The selected variant approved by the supervisoris furthere laborated in details. A part of this work is the drawing assembly of the selected variant trial. The conclusion of the thesis is to evaluate solutions of the issues of dampers.
