Abstract

Thesis Annotation Employee Recruitment and Selection Process Analysis in LINAPLAST s.r.o. Company Bc. Klára Buřtová My thesis is focused on employee recruitment and selection in LINAPLAST s.r.o. company. Its aim is to analyze the employee recruitment and selection process in the above mentioned company and ,on the basis of the analysis, to make suggestions and recommendations which would eliminate potential weaknesses of this process. The first part of my thesis describes issues connected with employee recruitment and selection. The second part deals with theoretical starting points of the whole process. This part is followed by the third one where I give a description of LINAPLAST s.r.o. company. The next part deals with the analysis of current employee recruitment and selection process, namely for positions of project manager and constructor. Finally, my suggestions and recommendations concerning the improvement of employee recruitment and selection for the foregoing positions are mentioned in the last part of this thesis.
