Abstract

The bachelor's thesis deals with the creation of a simulation of the security control process at the airport in the WITNESS simulation program. The first part deals with the characteristics of the security control process. Includes security control staff and a general description and elements of the security control procedure at the airport. The measurement was performer at Ostrava Airport a.s., which was used to create the simulation itself. The measured values and the description of the measurement are described in a separate subchapter. The next chapter deals with the introduction of the simulation program WITNESS and its basic functions. This chapter is followed by the processing of the statistical file. The next part of the thesis describes the creation of a simulation model. The conclusion of the work is devoted to simulation experiments, which are processed in the form of tables and graphs.
