Optimalizace výrobního procesu ve strojírenském podniku

Abstract

The topic of this bachelor thesis is the optimization of the production process in an engineering company, Valmon s.r.o. The aim of this thesis is to optimize individual identified deficiencies and to propose solutions to these deficiencies. In the theoretical part, the concepts that are part of the production process are explained, such as Control, process, individual processes or layout. Then, in the practical part, the characteristics of the company, the analysis of the current situation and the analysis of the production process from different points of view are presented. Towards the end of this chapter, a summary of the individual shortcomings is given, for which both suggestions for optimization and possible risks associated with their implementation are given.
