Řízení rychlosti pneumatických motorů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o problému řízení rychlosti pneumatických motorů. V úvodu je popsán výčet a popis funkce nejpoužívanějších řídících prvků. Dále jsou v práci nastíněny hlavní teoretické poznatky a průběhy o řízení rychlosti. Na základě těchto informací je sestaven měřící obvod, na kterém byla provedena sada pěti měření, vždy s odlišným nastavením řídícího ventilu. Jedná se výhradně o zapojení škrticího ventilu na vstupu a výstupu z pneumatického motoru. Data jsou graficky vyhodnocena a je uveden popis průběhů. Naměřená data jsou obsahem přílohy.

This bachelor thesis aims to provide insight into the topic of speed control of the pneumatic motors. In the introduction a list and a description of the most frequently used control elements is provided. Further on in the thesis the main theoretical findings in the field are described. Based on those findings a measuring circuit has been assembled and total number of five measurement has been carried out. The measurements has been diversified by setting the control valve differently. The measuring circuit consists exclusively of installed throttle valve in the input and in the output of the pneumatic motor. Obtained data has been graphically analysed and the processes has been described. All measured data are enlisted in the annex of the thesis.
