Abstract
The aim of this bachelor thesis is a financing proposal of an investment intention in the Jeseník municipality. The thesis is divided into two parts. The teoretical part outlines municipalties, characterizes their authorities and implementing powers, as wel as budgeting process and budget resources. The practical part deals with a detailed analysis of budget management (tax revenues and subsidies, expenses for investment) in the period under consideration and defines the investment intention of the Jeseník municipality. There are suggestions and recommendations for the ways of the investment intention of the Jeseník municipality.
