dc.description.abstractCílem práce je návrh financování investičního záměru města Jeseník. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část práce popisuje obce, její orgány a pravomoci, proces tvorby rozpočtu a zdroje rozpočtu. Praktická část se zabývá podrobnou analýzou rozpočtového hospodaření (daňové příjmy a dotace, investiční výdaje města) ve sledovaných letech a charakterizuje investiční záměr stavební akce města. V závěru praktické části jsou návrhy a doporučení způsobu financování investičního záměru města Jeseník.cs
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this bachelor thesis is a financing proposal of an investment intention in the Jeseník municipality. The thesis is divided into two parts. The teoretical part outlines municipalties, characterizes their authorities and implementing powers, as wel as budgeting process and budget resources. The practical part deals with a detailed analysis of budget management (tax revenues and subsidies, expenses for investment) in the period under consideration and defines the investment intention of the Jeseník municipality. There are suggestions and recommendations for the ways of the investment intention of the Jeseník municipality.en
