Abstract
This thesis is focused on the issue of succession planning in a metallurgic company. The first part deals with theoretical bases of succession planning, which then serve for processing of the practical part. The main goal of the second part is to identify drawbacks and gaps in succession planning in Arcelor Mittal company in order to make suggestions, which can lead to the efficiency improvement of the current situation.
