Analýza vybraných parametrů integrity povrchu při nepravidelném přerušovaném řezu

Abstract

This PhD thesis is interested about analysis of choice parameters of surface integrity at irregular interrupted cut. This thesis is interested about two choice parameters. The first one parameter is surface integrity. The next one parameter is residual stresses. For the test were used cutting tool with inserts made from ceramics and cemented carbide. As a workpiece was used carbon steel C45 and creep steel 14MoV6-3 The main objective of this thesis is to set testing methodology and verify the effect of changes irregularities of interrupted cut at two integrity parameters during cutting procedure. The first part of this thesis is theoretical. There are described all possibilities of simulation interrupted cut. The next is described surface roughness, its parameters, possibilities of measure including equipment. Also work is interested about residual stresses in the surface layer. Their emergence, division and possibilities of measurement The next part of thesis is experimental. In the first is described the main experiment and then the overall evaluation of the measurements. Experiment is focused on measurement of surface roughness and residual stresses during irregular interrupted cut. Surface roughness is examined using just two most frequently used parameters. With arithmetic average of absolute values Ra, roughness depth Rz. Residual stresses are measured using X-Ray diffractometer. Evaluated is area where the tool goes into and out from the cut. Interrupted cut is simulated with preparation called slat test. These parameters are examined during regular and irregular interrupted cut.
