Zlepšení kapacitního plánování ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on methodology of the planning capacity in the production company SULKO Zábřeh s.r.o. The main content of that plant is a production of the plastic and the alloy windows and doors. A goal of this thesis is to analyse a condition in the independent section of the plant which produce the alloy components, the area of the planning and the control of the production and on the base of the analysis to suggest a measurest, which be heading to increase the reliability and efficiency in all factory. In the introductory explains terms that relate to the issue. In the next part are the basic information about the production company. The following chapters are concern on the description and evaluate the state of the solve problems and then is developed the proposal to improvement of the capacity planning in all company, including the expected benefits.
