Abstract
This bachelor thesis aims to familiarize readers with the issue milling with inclined milling tool (ball-end mill), focusing mainly on aspects that affect the accuracy of machined surfaces. The reader is introduced with current trends in the milling of contoured surface, the measurement accuracy, and finally with aspects influencing the precision machined surfaces, including cutting forces and their influence on milling tool stability and vibrations. Based on available scientific texts are compared precision of machining of three-axis and five-axis milling technology and different values of tool inclination. In conclusion, the lessons learned are evaluated and gives recommendations for practice use.
