Návrh čistícího stroje v procesu výroby předních světlometů

Abstract

The Master Thesis deals with the design of the cleaning machine in the process of production by cooparing company. The theoretical part describes the cleaning technology and industrial robots. In the practical part is handling equipment chosen and strength analyses are performed by means of the final element method to proposal of the robot´s fixing. Furthermore, the work describes the design changes of main parts. Part of the work is also the design of three variants of components for mounting the nozzle and camera. These holders were subjected to strength and modal analysis to verify their use. Finally, an experiment is performed to verify the effectiveness of the new design of the cleaning machine.
