Zefektivnění logistické strategie

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zefektivněním logistické strategie v podniku CIE Unitools Press a.s. Valašské Meziříčí. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí a to z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se zabývá přiblížením problematiky a vymezením pojmů týkajících se daného tématu. V praktické části je představena společnost CIE Unitools Press a.s., pro kterou byla nejprve vypracována analýza současného stavu z hlediska stávající logistické strategie, poté je uvedeno posouzení situace a specifikace odhalených nedostatků a následně navrženo optimální řešení.

In this Bachelor thesis, I will discuss Streamlining of Logistics Strategy in the company CIE Unitools Press a.s. Valašské Meziříčí. The work consist of two parts, a theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the issue of approach and defining the concepts related to the topic. In the practical part we introduced the company CIE Unitools Press a.s. for which was first made the analysis of the current situation in terms of existing logistics strategy, then we provided assessment of the situation and specification of detected deficiencies and subsequently designed the optimal solution.
