Abstract

This Master thesis is concerned with assembly station proposal for the compactor technics assembly in LUX s.r.o company. In the introduction there is a description of company’s product range, analysis of compactor device’s subunits and specification of the current state of compactor device assembly. In the next point of the thesis there are capacity calculations and material flow analysis carried out and subsequently three new variants of assembly station layout are suggested. With regard to company’s requirements most suitable option is chosen and then elaborated in detail. Next the placement of assembly stations in the area detached for compactor technics assembly was carried out. In the final chapters the economic evaluation of the expenses needed for the equippment of one station is calculated and overall benefit of the chosen solution variant is evaluated.
