Analýza a návrh flexibilního systému pro vyvážení výrobní linky

Abstract

This bachelor’s thesis focuses on optimizing the number of operators on the production line at Hilite Czech s.r.o. with the aim of increasing production efficiency. The introductory section defines key terms and provides a detailed description of the methods used, which form the theoretical basis for addressing the issue at hand. The following chapter then analyzes the current state of the workplace, based on current customer requirements and precisely measured time data for individual operations. Based on these findings, the practical section presents specific proposals for streamlining line operations with a reduced number of staff and describes the procedure for implementing them. The conclusion of the thesis provides a comprehensive evaluation of the proposed measures and their overall benefit to the company.
