Abstract

The thesis contains marketing research focused on a satisfaction of customers with Czech post. As a marketing research method I choose questionnaire as a method of the research. The questioning was realized in two post offices. In the first part of my work, I focused on the explanation of and theory of marketing research. In the second part, I wanted to familiarize readers with the history of Czech Post and characteristics of the enterprise. In the practical part, I wanted to evaluate results of the marketing research and thus find out, how people perceive Czech Post.
