Návrh 3D tiskárny s paralelní kinematikou

Abstract

This thesis deals with the construction of a 3D printer with parallel kinematics and with options of exchange of operating head for engraving printed circuit boards. The printer works by means of fused deposition modeling (FDM). The process of increasing temperatures of the nozzle and the heated block was determined experimentally, as well as resistance of the material passing through the nozzle. In the thesis individual nodes of the 3D printer were designed, a FEM analysis of print nozzle was performed and a design of drive was projected. The 3D model and drawings were created.
