Návrh konstrukce vstřikovací formy dílce z polymeru

Abstract

Diplomová práce se v první části zabývá rozborem konstrukce, polymerním materiálem výrobku a návrhem řetězce výroby polymerního výrobku. V další části je proveden návrh konstrukce vstřikovací formy s potřebnými výpočty a popisem hlavních částí formy. Na závěr je provedeno ekonomické zhodnocení, kde se stanovila cena vstřikovací formy a náklady na výrobu jednoho kusu polymerního výrobku.

In another part of the design of a structure of the injection mold with the necessary calculations and description of the main parts of the mold. In the end, an economic evaluation, where the fixed cost of the injection mold and the cost of production of one piece of polymeric product.
