Abstract

This thesis describes the design and implementation of a safety control system for implementation in transport. The solution will be applied to the design and construction of the model train railroad controlled digital station Roco 10830. Model Railway has two train stations and consists of 22 crossover, 24 separate sections and 3 light signals . The concept of the control system is based on a digital control using DCC / NMRA standard for the control of locomotives , modules, switches , signals and feedback to detect the position of the train. Possibility to use the bus XpressNet for additional control elements for controlling the driving locomotives . When using the computer control linked with digital central is the communication protocol used Roconet a USB interface . Testing and programming model can be with hand control multiMAUS and digital controller or through the development of design software. A possible solution is as ROCOMOTION , which I used as the means of an automated operation with a choice of manual , semi-automatic or fully automatic operation of up to three locomotives. The distribution of individual elements of the model is shown in situational scheme further in the conclusion table lists the train and shunting routes including the display of running position crossover and signaling for itineraries.
