Abstract

This graduation theses treat of issues managing of sorting lines maintenance at company PPL CZ s.r.o. The theoretical part is evaluated the importance of maintenance with a description of maintenance strategy and classification of cost due to warehousing and maintenance. There is also shown the importance of logistics, inventory management and warehousing. The practical part was analyzed of sorting line maintenance, cost analysis of current maintenance system, evaluation current utilization of human capabilities and proposition improvements to the current state of maintenance.
