dc.description.abstractDiplomová práce pojednává o problematice řízení údržby třídících linek ve společnosti PPL CZ s.r.o. V teoretické části je zhodnocen význam údržby s popisem jednotlivých strategií údržby a klasifikace nákladů vzhledem ke skladování a údržbě. Dále je zde uveden význam logistiky, řízení zásob a skladování. V praktické části byla provedena analýza údržby třídících linek, nákladová analýza současného systému údržby, vyhodnocení současného vytížení lidských kapacit a navrhnutí zlepšení současného stavu údržby.cs
dc.description.abstractThis graduation theses treat of issues managing of sorting lines maintenance at company PPL CZ s.r.o. The theoretical part is evaluated the importance of maintenance with a description of maintenance strategy and classification of cost due to warehousing and maintenance. There is also shown the importance of logistics, inventory management and warehousing. The practical part was analyzed of sorting line maintenance, cost analysis of current maintenance system, evaluation current utilization of human capabilities and proposition improvements to the current state of maintenance.en
