Optimalizace barvicí linky

Abstract

In my bachelor´s thesis I am going to focus on the optimization of the color production line. Particularly, I will propose a way of maintaining the line in order to reduce the amount of spoilage. In the first part history and basic terminology will be introduced. The second part is about the way line works so the readers can understand the principles and mechanics of the production. The problems of downtime and spoilage will be thoroughly discussed. I will base my research on observation, personal experience, various technical documents and company records. My primary goal is to discover where the spoilage is mainly produced, what is the cause of its occurrence and then propose a means of rectification (e.g. preventive line maintenance which can prevent spoilage).
