Návrh řešení systému údržby

Abstract

V Diplomové práci se zabývám problematikou kompletního řešení systémů údržby. Diplomová práce se dělí na tři části. První část je teoretická, která se zabývá obecným pohledem na řízení údržby a teoretickým rozborem různých metod, nástrojů a zvýšení efektivity údržby. Druhá část se zabývá zhodnocením aktuálního stavu ve firmě, jak už efektivity tak i různých metod pro řízení údržby. Třetí část se zabývá zhodnocením teoretického přínosu daných návrhů ve srovnání se stávajícím situací ve firmě. Následuje zhodnocení realizovaných metod a změn v řízení údržby, taktéž porovnání jednotlivých ukazatelů s přínosem pro firmu.

The Master Thesis deals with the issue of a comprehensive solution system of the maintenance. The Master Thesis is divided into three parts. The first part is theoretical, where we deal with kind of maintenance management, theoretical analysis, various methods, tools and improving effectiveness of the maintenance. The second part deal with the evaluation of current situation in the company, as effectiveness, also various methods of the maintenance management. The third part deal compared theoretical benefit of the suggestions with the current situation in the company. Followed by the evaluation of the implemented methods and changes in the maintenance management, also comparing individual indicators for the benefit of the company.
