Abstract

The bachelor thesis focuses on the improvement of the management system in the company Multitex Ltd. At the beginning of the thesis the basic terminology and the theory, which has helped the author to understand the theme, is described. Within the second part of the thesis the author analysis the current state of the company. Another chapter presents the requirements regarding the management system and relevant problems. The problems result from the current state and demands of the company. The main requirement is the increase of the production. Furthermore, the author suggests solutions for improvement of the overall management system of the company.
