Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the employee appraisal system in chosen organization based on analysing of this system and then to suggest a few possible changes of the system. This thesis is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical part. In theoretical part some of the main terms in human resource management and appraisal of employees were explained. Practical part consists of analysis of the employee appraisal system in the chosen organization. The analysis had a form of questionnaire survey. Results of the survey were used to make suggestions of possible changes of the current employee appraisal system in chosen organization.
