Analýza mzdového systému a návrh jeho zefektivnění v podmínkách A.T.Y.P. GROUP, s.r.o.

Abstract

The graduation thesis is dedicated to analyse a wage system of the A.T.Y.P. group, s.r.o. Company with a view to its assessment and proposals of its improvement. The theoretical part of the labour is focused on explaining the problem of wages and wage system. Also, is devoted to job evaluation and remuneration. The practical part of the labour describes the company A.T.Y.P. group, s.r.o. with definition of their internal structure, and characteristics of competition. Next it is analysed a employment structure, tariff systems of the company, average wages and labour costs. At the end of the labour are proposed the recommendations for improving the current remuneration system for employees.
