Abstract

The aim of the thesis is “Customers Satisfaction Analysis of Company Stavebniny DEK” and builds up recommendations for increase the satisfaction. The theoretical part deals with theory of customer satisfaction and marketing research. The practical part is based on customer satisfaction research. At the final part, based on marketing research results measures are proposed which should increase customer satisfaction.
