Studium příčiny koroze žárově zinkovaných profilů v průběhu skladování

Abstract

This thesis focuses on studying of the corrosion causes of hot dip galvanized profiles during their storage and is processed in the company METAL TRADE COMAX, a. s. – profiling centre KVARTA LITOVEL, a. s. The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of production of profiles, storage and packaging, to evaluate this state and to propose appropriate measures on the basis of the experimental tests. The thesis is divided into two parts, these are theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part, basic information about corrosion and the possibilities of corrosion protection are given. It also describes methods of zincing and corrosion of zinc. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis also describes the current state of production and storage of galvanized products in the company. The second part of this thesis is experimental. The control of zinc coating thickness, the long-term corrosion test, the accelerated corrosion test and the metallographic evaluation was conducted in this part. The profiles with anticorrosion oil achieved the best results in corrosion tests. The ANTICORIT DFW 9301 was selected as the best anticorrosion oil.
