Abstract
The corporate culture quality is practically dependent on choosing of workers and looking on suitable applicants at all the levels of management and to professionalism in section of human resources management. Up-to-date organizations are more and more focused on psychological diagnostics of their workers, their appreciation and especially way of company education. Thus they are creating selection and development centers in their organization. This writing covers information about participation in the selection procedure pre-selected group of police candidates for study at university to measure their abilities to study and in terms of their professional growth. The first part of this writing shows in general the way of appreciation using Assessment Centre (below AC) and its application to pre-selected group of workers according to requirement of top management. In other part of writing are looked on results of appreciation and its comparison for specification suitability of candidates for study at university. In consequence writing says about using of AC results to separate assessed candidates to human resource reserves or choosing graduated people to management post in the police service.
