Racionalizace frézování čel tyčových polotovarů

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá konstrukčním návrhem na efektivnější využití ostří u vyměnitelné břitové destičky při frézování tyčových polotovarů. Práce zahrnuje teoretické seznámení s použitou technologií obrábění, popis původní metody výroby a nové metody, pro kterou byly společností JCEE s.r.o. vyvinuty a následně vyrobeny obráběcí stroje. Dále také práce obsahuje podrobnější popis konstrukce strojů. Hlavní část práce je zaměřena na konstrukční návrh pro úspornější metodu frézování a tím i efektivnější opotřebení břitu destičky. V technicko-ekonomickém zhodnocení je uvedeno porovnání dosažených výsledků a výpočet úspory navrhovaného řešení.

This bachelor thesis is concerned with a concept of more efficient utilization of a removable edge tool’s blade during routing of bar semi-products. The thesis comprises familiarization with an applied tooling technology, both original and new production method descriptions for which machine tools were developed and subsequently made by JCEE s.r.o. company. Furthermore, the thesis contains more detailed description of a tool machine construction. The main part of the thesis focuses on a constructive concept of more economical routing method and thus more effective abrasion of the tool’s edge. Finally, the comparison of the acquired results and calculation of conservation of a proposed solution are stated in the technical and economical estimation.
