Zpracování podnikatelského plánu pro založení mikropodniku

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je zpracovat podnikatelský plán pro založení mikropodniku a posoudit jeho realizovatelnost. Zakládaný podnik se bude zaměřovat na realizaci oslav na míru. Teoretická část obsahuje definici pojmů vážících se k podnikatelskému plánu, právní formy podnikání a základní náležitosti pro zpracování podnikatelského záměru. V praktické části této práce jsou vypracovány analytické metody v podmínkách aktuální situace na trhu. Podnikatelský záměr zahrnuje také finanční plán a analýzu rizik. Na závěr je zhodnocena realizovatelnost představeného podnikatelského plánu.

The aim of this thesis is to elaborate a business plan for the establishment of a micro enterprise and evaluate its feasibility. The established company will focus on the realization of turnkey celebrations. The theoretical part contains the definition of terms related to the business plan, legal forms of business and the basic requirements for elaboration of a business plan. In the practical part of this thesis are developed analytical methods in the conditions of the current market situation. The business plan includes also a financial plan and risk analysis. In the conclusion the feasibility of the presented business plan is evaluated.
