Návrh jeřábové dráhy pro přepravu materiálu k výrobní lince

Abstract

The bachelor´s thesis deals with design of crane track to serve for material transport to production line. Material will be a form served for the production PUR of the car seat filling. Introductory part deals with problematic of manipulation resources from subject of crane. Another parts deal with determine and calculation of load forces according to ČSN norm, futher selection of appropriate of crane trolley, selection of appropriate profile of girder rail and its check. Followed by strength calculation of construction of the crane track, which includes the strength check using the FEM made with Inventor 2012 program. Calculations are complemented with drawings of individual parts. Attachment of the bachelor´s thesis is drawing documentation.
