Efektivita vertikálních komunikačních toků ve vybrané firmě

Abstract

The theme of this thesis, which is divided into three parts, is the efficiency of the two vertical lines of communication between superiors and subordinates within the company. The first part deals with various kinds of communication networks and communication tools that the organization used and how their proper use and streamlines the communication breaks down communication barriers. In the second part is detailed dealed with questionnaire survey method, which was carried out a sociological survey in a selected organization. The last part of the thesis contains a sociological survey, which aimed to determine the status of vertical communication within a single business segment, and the problems that may be found to propose appropriate measures to eliminate these problems.
