Abstract

The dissertation shows marketing research done for company Tonak, which is producing head-wear hats for 210 years already. The main subject is specifying of customer demands and wishes for head-wear clothes for company use, so the management could better react on future customer expectation. First part of thesis describes company profile and production technology. Second part specifies area of marketing research and third proceeds research and analyzes it. The fourth chapter shows company concept plan and action plan and a complete summary finishes the thesis.
