Abstract

Topic of diploma thesis is analysis of overhead material purchase in selected company. Target of thesis is doing analysis of overhead material purchase then finding failures with negative impact and choice of suitable suggestions which will eliminate failures and ensure more efficient purchase.

Analysis of present situation was done with using of flowcharts and ABC analysis. On the analysis base was proposed new process of repeated purchase of overhead material with more frequent supplier choice.

Then was proposed new system for supplier rating. New criterias were defined and divided to subcriterias with levels of fulfillment. With using of methods were defined criterias importances. Then were defined new groups of suppliers with suitable attitude to them.

Suggestions will bring elimination of failures and do overhead material purchase more efficient.
