Porovnání nástrojových upínačů s ohledem na vybrané charakteristiky frézovacího procesu

Abstract

The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of the tool clamp type on the accuracy and roughness of the machined part surface. Milling tools for various milling operations are described in theoretical part. Next point is analysis of ways how to clamp the tool clamps. In the last theoretical part, this thesis deals with quality of surface after machining, especially with geometric tolerances and surface roughness. In the experimental part, there is designed the course of the experiment and the description of used machines and tools. The experiment is comparison of five tool holders in terms circularity deviation and surface roughness during milling of stainless steel with marking W.Nr. 1.4404. Last part of thesis contains evaluation of the experiment based on measured values.
