Abstract
The aim of the bachelor thesis is to analyze the shopping behavior of consumers in the drugstore market. The work is based on the primary survey, which was attended by 150 respondents. The research found the frequency and intensity of consumer purchases, the most important factors that are important for respondents when choosing a drugstore, the loyalty of consumers to the brand of the drugstore or the use of advertising and sales promotion when buying.
