Měření spokojenosti návštěvníků kina

Abstract

I have chosen a topic: Satisfaction Measurement of Cinema Visitors for my bachelor thesis. I have been living near Valašské Meziříčí for 22 years, that's why I decided to do a research in the cinema "World", which is situated in Valašské Meziříčí. The main purpose of my thesis was to find out the customer's satisfaction with the cinema services. I would like to know with what are the customers satisfied and with what are not. I did the research through the questioning. The questionnaire was sent in electronic and written form. I was really surprised with the fact, that people with lower salary visits cinema more times than people with higher salary. Then I found out that the seats are not so comfortable for the customers and they are not satisfied with the parking. But respondents were satisfied with informedness, staff and the projection time.
